A. Truth and Honesty Policy:
b. Applicants should fear Allah and understand that honesty is a fundamental Islamic value.
c. Dishonesty, misrepresentation, or providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Islamic Marriage Matchmaking process.
d. The Quranic verse [Quran 3:61] reminds us of the severe consequences of dishonesty: "And whoever commits a sin only earns it against himself. And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise."
e. Applicants are reminded that lying or being dishonest not only goes against Islamic teachings but also undermines the integrity of the Islamic marriage matchmaking form and process and can harm others seeking genuine connections.
f. Any instances of dishonesty identified during the Islamic marriage ceremony process may result in the disqualification of the applicant and the termination of their participation in the service.
B. Privacy and Confidentiality Policy:
a. All personal information provided in the application form will be handled with strict confidentiality.
b. Access to personal information will be restricted to authorized personnel involved in the matchmaking process.
c. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties without the explicit consent of the applicant, except where required by law.
d. Applicants' privacy rights will be respected, and their personal information will be stored and protected in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
e. You must have total independence in your choice of choosing a spouse.
C. Non-Discrimination Policy:
a. The Islamic Marriage Matchmaking Service is committed to promoting equality and fairness.
b. No individual will be discriminated against based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.
c. Matches will be made based on compatibility factors and mutual preferences, without bias or discrimination.
D. Verification and Screening Policy:
a. Applicants' profile will be subject to verification and screening processes to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the matchmaking service.
b. Background checks may be conducted to verify applicants' personal information and ensure compliance with Islamic values and principles.
c. Any fraudulent or misleading information provided by applicants may result in the rejection of their application.
d. Applicants must undertake the Pre-Marital Training once they have a successful match.
E. Code of Conduct:
a. All applicants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and ethical manner throughout the matchmaking process.
b. Applicants are required to provide accurate and truthful information in their applications.
c. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the applicant's participation in the matchmaking service.
F. Non-Guaranty Policy:
We firmly believe in the importance of compatibility and adhering to Islamic values when seeking a life partner. However, we want to clarify that our service does not guarantee the following:
a. Match Outcomes: We do not guarantee that any match suggested through our platform will result in a successful marriage. Compatibility is a Subjective matter, and individual circumstances vary.
b. Timelines: We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match within a specific timeframe. The process of finding a compatible partner can vary greatly and is influenced by numerous factors.
c. Marriage Proposals: We do not guarantee that you will receive a certain number of marriage proposals.
d. Background Checks: While we will do thorough background checks of all profiles, we are not to be held responsible for any outcome.
e. Profile Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in this form.
G. Transparency and Communication Policy:
a. The Islamic Marriage Matchmaking Service will strive to maintain open and transparent communication with applicants.
b. Updates on the progress of the matchmaking process will be provided to applicants in a timely manner.
c. Applicants are encouraged to communicate any concerns or questions they may have during the matchmaking process.
H. Dispute Resolution Policy:
a. In the event of a dispute between applicants or with the matchmaking service, efforts will be made to resolve the issue amicably.
b. Mediation or arbitration may be utilized to resolve disputes if necessary.
c. The decision of the mediation or arbitration process will be final and binding.

Our Objectives
1. Assist Muslim individuals in finding compatible life partners based on shared values, religious beliefs, and personal preferences.
2. Promote the formation of healthy and harmonious marriages within the Muslim community.
3. Foster a supportive and respectful environment for individuals to explore potential matches with the guidance of Islamic principles.
Process
Step 1: Read the policy and process, fill out the Matchmaking form and submit it:
Applicants should read the policy and process, and then fill out the Matchmaking form completely and accurately, and then submit it.
Step 2: Pay the application form fee:
Applicants should immediately pay the application form fee (Which is SLE 250). This fee covers the application Form, background review, Matchmaking Processing and first Introduction arrangement with your potential match (if successful).
Step 3: 1st review of your form:
We will do a 1st review of your form to ensure that you have accurately filled out all the required areas.
Step 4: 2nd review:
We will then do a 2nd review of your form and background.
Step 5: Notification of application status:
Applicants will then be notified whether their application has been accepted or not. While this may be rare, not accepting your application will mostly mean that there is something off about the information you provided to us and our background checks, or your information is below our normal standards.
Step 6: Medical Screening:
All successful applicants will have to go through medical screening from our own doctors. Medical Screening fee will be communicated to the applicants during the notification status.
Step 7: Registration of profiles in the Matchmaking database:
Successful applicants will then have their profiles registered in our Matchmaking database.
Step 8: Creation of a profile:
If successful and we are okay with your form, we will then go ahead and create a profile by adding your form to our database.
Step 9: Matchmaking:
The Matchmaking process will then commence through an automated system as well as a manual review done by our well-qualified and experienced matchmakers.
Step 10: Separate meetings:
Once we find a compatibility match for you, separate meetings will be held with each of the potential partners to further discuss their match, this meeting will be separate at first, giving you independence to accept or reject the match.
Step 11: Formal introduction:
Once both are okay with each other’s profiles, a formal introduction/communication will be initiated. Islamic Guidelines will be introduced and to be followed. We will also provide them both with Marriage questions to ask each other, to make the meeting more fruitful and beneficial.
Step 12: Pre-marital training:
If they're ok with each other after the formal introduction and after some time, applicants should then book our pre-marital training.
Step 13: Follow-up and evaluation:
Matchmakers will constantly do follow-up. We also conduct regular evaluation and assessment of the service/process.
IMPORTANT NOTE*
Please Note that this service is intended for individuals who are looking to get married within 1 year and have the full support of their families (where necessary) to complete this form. Your family is also ready to accept your selection based on the matchmaking results. You can choose to accept or decline any match, but it is essential to have complete independence and or full support from your family or guardian before proceeding to fill out the form.
